A focused starting point

One role. A real pilot. A clear decision about what’s next.

Start small. Evaluate the evidence with your hiring team before committing to a broader rollout.

Proposed pricing. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing before any pilot starts.

  • Role calibration and onboarding
  • Engineering task and technical follow-up
  • Evidence brief for each completed evaluation
  • Agreed expert-review sample
  • Hiring-team results review

Pilot questions

Measure the fit. Not just the activity.

What should the pilot establish?

Whether the evidence is credible and useful to your hiring managers, where expert review disagrees, whether candidates can complete the experience, and whether an existing screen can be shortened or removed.

Do unused evaluations expire?

The proposed pilot window is 60 days, with six months for continuation packs. Agree on extension terms for hiring pauses before purchasing.

Does 20 evaluations validate the assessment?

No. A small pilot can reveal operational issues and buyer value. It cannot by itself establish predictive validity, fairness across populations, or reliable rates of rare hiring errors.

Is human review included?

Agree on the pilot’s expert-review sample and escalation scope in advance. Do not assume every evaluation includes a live human interviewer or unlimited manual review.

A better first screen. A better next conversation.
